Description
Pipe Dream Bourbon is meticulously crafted from hand selected barrels aged a minimum of four years. The mash bill consists of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and just touch of Malted Barley (4%) to round out the spiciness of the Rye.
Tasting Notes
The nose boasts notes of caramel and vanilla while the palate is met with complex flavors of roasted pecan, tobacco, and a hint of black pepper on the finish.
